Welcome to the official photography site of Paul W. Brown. Two of my favorites interests are the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway, and its successor, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, now officially known as BNSF. Another interest of mine has been photography. With the advent of the World Wide Web, the technology has now allowed me to combine my favorite interests into one enterprise, and this is the website you are visiting. The site for me was a welcome one, as it allows me to display a portion of my vast photographic collection covering the ATSF and BNSF Railways, and allows me to keep the spirit of the ATSF alive, while at
the same time documenting the continual changes on the BNSF. Thank you for visiting, and hope my site becomes a regular stop during your Internet experiences.
One of the things I have enjoyed about some of the sites around the Internet is the use of regularly updated features on websites. To me, this shows the intent of the webmaster or organization of caring for their site, and not allowing content to become stale. This allows the creation of something new for visitors, and a draw for them to make regular visits. My particular rendition is my BNSF Photo of the Month. Since other sites try to produce photos of the ATSF, I thought I would do one for the BNSF. So if you enjoy the rich and brilliant country the BNSF traverses, then I think you will enjoy the BNSF Photo of the Month.
Since the last update, The "Out West" Gallery in the BNSF Section has been updated.

Here you will find photos pertaining to on-line discussion lists. Sometimes I have photos that concern certain topics being discussed and instead of taking up room in an on-line group's file section, my thought was to place them in this section on my website.
As time and topics move on, photos within this section will be added to their own web gallery for archival purposes.
