BNSF 1041
Firth Hill isn't much of a problem for BNSF 1041 and BNSF 1110 as they crest the peak with the PSSEBIR train on 8-February-1998. We're just north of Firth, NE, and the new grade is clearly visible above the train. Once this new line opens, southbound loaded coal trains will be able to make much better time between Lincoln and KC.
