Our Nebraska City load zips through Palmyra behind the 9840. This was a big mistake, as I should have been a few miles east of here for a much better shot. The shot here is quite lame, and requires both a ladder and a wide-angle lens. Besides, at this point, you have to wait for the whole train to go by before you can get up and moving again.
