        In June 1956, Edward L. Swearingen, grandfather of Bob Russell, took the following photos of static display models at the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe's System Federation #97 Convention.

       The Convention took place officially on 16-19 May 1956

       Mr. Swearingen passed away in the Spring of 2002 at the age of 89.

       QStation would like to sincerely thank Bob Russell for these photos, and allowing his grandfather's historic photographs to be preserved on the Web.
